Then you could be the one we are looking for!

You will become part of our strong and hand-picked Spirii team dedicated to support and onboard end-users and partners and guide them in the use of our products and services – providing seamless, personal and reliable customer experiences.

As part of our Customer Success Team, you will be handling a wide range of tasks within technical support, financial and technical administration, customer service etc. As Spirii continuously grows the role will progressively move on to have more focus on Partner Support.

You will cooperate with external partners as well as talented and motivated co-workers across several teams to enhance the future of the Spirii.

You will play a key role in ensuring this, by handling the following tasks:

  • End-user support (technical and financial enquiries etc.)
  • Basic financial administration
  • Technical administration
  • Partner Support (educate, support in use of products etc.)
  • Manual system tasks
  • Ad-hoc tasks

We’re looking for a person with the following experience and personal traits:

  • Broad customer service experience (front and back-office tasks, several customer types, several support tools etc.)
  • Experience in supporting advanced software solutions
  • Experience in working with CRM-, Customer Engagement- and ERP systems etc.
  • Project coordination and teaching experience will be considered a plus
  • The ability to work in several systems simultaneously
  • The ability to work independently whilst being an excellent team-player
  • Great communication skills and ability to interact with all levels in an organization – internally as well as externally with partners/customers.
  • Curious and interested in expanding your competencies and learning new products, systems, and processes
  • Willing to learn and to teach others
  • Ambitious on behalf of our customers, our company and yourself, whilst focusing on excellent execution
  • Willing and happy to work in a fast moving environment
