As a future-focused member of the Spirii team, you’ll be responsible for our business processes. For us, that means you’ll optimizing all processes in our value chain.

Spirii offers software and hardware solutions that enables businesses, cities and EV drivers to charge EVs smarter and simpler. Based in Copenhagen, but with activities and offices in Spain, Germany, UK and Sweden, we are one of the fastest-growing charging platforms in Europe, and we are constantly expanding in size, employees and markets. It’s a role that’ll see you working shoulder to shoulder with both internal and external colleagues – as well as alongside our growing roster of partners.

Responsibilities

In Spirii, we’re determined to develop and offer the best EV charging platform on the market with a tech-leading feature suite that enables our partners to easily build, manage and scale their charging business. 

You will play a key role in ensuring this, by handling the following tasks:

  • Identify, map and document processes in the entire value chain
  • Identify new initiatives for continuous business process improvements
  • Facilitate business process optimization workshops
  • Analyze the business steps and summarize the difference between various steps and rank the final result
  • Analyze the feasibility of current business processes related to productivity, quality, costs, demand, and time management
  • Ensure the quality meets the company or organization’s goal and policy
  • Train and coach colleagues and teams
  • Plan and assess change impact and ensure change management strategy

We’re looking for a person with the following experience and personal traits:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or project management or any related fiel
  • Experience with Business Process Management
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and the ability to conduct meetings, seminars, and presentations
  • Leadership and ability to work in a cross-functional or departmental team
  • Advanced analytical skills and quick response to new issues
  • Execution skills – document, maintain, report and pla
  • Strong interpersonal skills to command large groups and advanced oral and written communication
