Spirii develops and provides world class platform as a service (PaaS), charging products and digital solutions to customers with electric vehicles. You will become part of our strong and hand-picked Spirii team. As Solution Roll-out Manager You will be orchestrating and project managing the roll-out of our platform and products to partners and customers, implementing onboarding processes in our products on both national and international level. The job will engage you with activities across departments such as Sales, Product development, Platform development, Operations, Marketing and Finance etc.

Location: Spirii HQ, Nørrebro, Copenhagen 

Responsibilities

In Spirii, we’re determined to develop and offer the best EV charging platform on the market with a tech-leading feature suite that enables our partners to easily build, manage and scale their charging business. 

Together with colleagues your key deliverables will be:

  • Programme and project management with multi-disciplinary skills involved, own your roadmap and project.
  • Communicating goals, progress and achievements to involved internal and external stakeholders.
  • Translation of project/partner/customer needs to delivery requirements and processes that can be used across the involved departments
  • Enabling partners and customers on our software platforms through processes for both B2B and B2C customer journeys
  • Participating in project meetings with partners/customers on early stages in the project as well as in finalizing stages supporting the project and partners/customers during the entire implementation and delivery establishment.
  • Build-up cross-departmental knowledge and experience and become an expert in the e-mobility solution platform field.
  • Demonstration of our e-mobility solution platform for partners/customers, sharing its capacity and business fit to the target users
  • Plan and assess change impact and ensure change management strategy

We’re looking for a person with the following experience and personal traits:

  • Relevant educational degree
  • You master project management in a structured way, have a good overview of deliverables, progress and pitfalls
  • Are well familiar working with shared responsibility between project participants across the organizational landscape
  • Can communicate in teams with variation in competences, both internally and with external partners and customers.
  • Experience rolling out PaaS/SaaS systems or having experience as SW project manager is a plus
  • Experience with business administrative systems such as CRM/ERP/operational portals is a plus
  • Experience from product management / development is an advantage
  • Thrives in a dynamic environment within a fast-growing scaleup company
  • Experience from the e-mobility industry is an advantage
  • Motivated by working in an international environment with different languages and cultures involved
  • Must be able to master English sufficiently
  • Open towards new challenges and can work in an environment where changes happen often
  • Have a basic technical understanding and can use this in a customer-oriented way
