Duties and Responsibilities

As a Business Process Manager your role is to secure optimized processes that support excellent customer journeys by focusing on the process from start to end. This includes involving all departments, supporting and assisting them in order to reach the goal of becoming the most preferred eMobility platform provider.

Spirii develops and provides world class charging products and digital solutions to customers with electric cars. You will become part of our strong and hand-picked Spirii team. As Sofware QA/Release Manager you help ensure our teams’ abilities for continues delivery which require a high level of quality and security. We release new versions several times per week and have a large focus on test and automation. You will engage with departments internally in Spirii as well as external consultants to facilitate efficient release processes and high-quality deliverables. You will be responsible for a small team of QA engineers and DevOps engineers.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for release management across our digital solutions
  • Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes.
  • Continues improvement of the quality assurances processes.
  • Planning and execution of quality assurance measures, e.g. manual regression test and user acceptance tests.
  • Leading group of QA engineers and software testers
  • Ensure efficient communication of release notes to internal stakeholders
  • Responsibility for incident management processes

Qualifications

  • Relevant technical graduate degree at minimum bachelor level (engineer).
  • +3 years’ experience from similar role as Software Release manager, QA manager, team lead, scrum master, SW project manager or product owner.

  • Extensive experience with JavaScript (Node.js, React)
  • Experience with PHP Laravel + Vue.js is an advantage

You will become part of our solid and hand-picked Spirii team. As a Scrum Master, you are responsible for ensuring our teams’ adoption and continuous improvement of an Agile Software Development mindset and process. You will engage with departments internally in Spirii and external consultants to coach and guide the existing projects. You will be responsible for the effectiveness of one or two small teams of 3-5 software developers.

Responsibilities

On a day to day basis, you will:

  • Ensure the teams operate with transparency, inspection, and adaptation values within an iterative process.
  • Guide the team to focus every sprint on creating high-value increments that meet the Definition of Done removing impediments when needed.
  • Organize, conduct, and facilitate Scrum ceremonies that are positive and productive.
  • Support the Product Owner in facilitating work breakdown of larger development projects into epics, user stories, and tasks.
  • Drive continuous improvement and create a learning environment with ongoing feedback and recognition
  • Foster an Agile mindset across Spirii.
  • Responsible for helping the team stay accountable for what it has agreed and committed.
  • Remove barriers between stakeholders and Scrum Teams.
  • Administrate the Agile planning tool for your teams.

The ideal candidate has relevant experience with development of digital cloud-based solution in an agile start-up environment and can take the responsibility as technical lead of cloud IT infrastructure leading a small team of devops engineers.

Our product marketing lead will be given great responsibility in scaling our offerings and business and ensuring cross-team efforts in an exciting new market that will define future mobility.

We are looking for an energized and experienced product marketing lead, who’s eager to shape great B2B and B2C charging products and present them in a creative, fun and meaningful way to a diverse, international and passionate customer base.

You’ll be taking on a cross-functional role, working with all the above teams, navigating how we communicate and market all the great products we are building at Spirii.

You will also play a key role in making decisions that inform our product roadmap, influence future product strategy, attract and onboard new Spirii customers.
