Spirii, a leading player in the electric vehicle (EV) charging industry, has entered a partnership with Barcelona de Serveis Municipals (B:SM) to integrate into Barcelona's public charging network, Endolla Barcelona.

This strategic collaboration opens a world of convenience for EV drivers in Barcelona, granting them easy access to a vast network of 720 charging points across Barcelona—with plans to expand to an impressive 1,000 by year-end, via the Spirii Go charging app. EV drivers can effortlessly locate these charging points, initiate charging, and make payments seamlessly, all without the need to register or download additional charging apps.

Barcelona's public charging network record an average of 11,500 monthly charging sessions and serves 19,000 direct users. This partnership is set to revolutionize the EV charging experience, making it more accessible and hassle-free than ever before.

Tore Harritshøj, CEO and co-founder of Spirii, emphasizes the significance of simplicity in EV charging, empowered by strategic partnerships:

"We're thrilled to expand our global reach through partnerships like this one with B:SM in Barcelona. This collaboration not only enhances convenience for EV drivers but also aligns with our mission to make EV charging easy and accessible worldwide."

Harritshøj further adds "With our presence in Spain and 19 other markets, our goal is to collaborate with charge point operators who share our vision of interoperability and ease, ultimately reducing range anxiety for EV drivers."
