EasyPark, part of Arrive, and Spirii, part of Edenred Group, have entered a new partnership that will make it easier for EV drivers to park and charge at the same time.The collaboration is already up and running, giving EasyPark users access to Spirii's Europe-wide partner network via the EasyPark app.

Spirii’s e-mobility platform will serve as the technology backbone of the TruckCharge Network, a new semi-public charging initiative for electric heavy-duty trucks (HDT), initiated by Daimler Truck.

The collaboration combines Tellus Power’s advanced EV charging hardware and Spirii’s market-leading charging platform, delivering a 360° charging solution. Spanning 14 European countries, the partnership establishes an operational foundation that supports public charging networks, private fleets, and home charging ecosystems.

The partnership introduces a fully integrated charging solution dedicated to corporate fleets - covering everything from hardware installation and software to energy management and customer support.

The partnership delivers a 360° charging solution for fleets and businesses, combining Clevenergy’s strong local service expertise and project management capabilities with Spirii’s intelligent platform technology.

Yespark Group, France’s leading digital parking rental platforms (yespark.fr and zenpark.com) and charging station provider, has entered a collaboration with Spirii to support the rapid scaling of its charging network. The partnership will initially cover France, Belgium and Italy.

Spirii has partnered with the Danish start-up Lumina to develop and integrate Charger Health, an AI-powered intelligent maintenance platform. Trained on 3 billion data logs from Spirii’s charge point management platform, Charger Health uses machine learning to handle charger issues before they affect operations and users.

ZE Ports covers investments in client-selected vehicles and charging infrastructure, and supplies renewable energy, while Spirii provides charger installation, maintenance, and a charge point management system to operate the charging network. Fleet owners pay a fixed monthly amount for the entire package, reducing upfront and operating costs.

eMobility is at a turning point. With the charging industry having so far been laser-focused on rolling out enough charge points to meet growing demand, things are now changing. As charging infrastructure becomes widespread and standardised, the real competitive advantage shifts from hardware to the software that powers it - enabling smarter integration and better user experiences.
